shipping + returns
Unless otherwise noted, products sold on this site are readily available and will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your purchase. Shipping rates are charged per order based on the estimated weight of the package and the distance it will travel to get to your doorstep. Your products will arrive in a poly plastic mailer, and you can track your shipment using the tracking ID listed on the receipt that will be emailed to you. Juni will gladly replace products that are damaged in transit and do not arrive in the condition in which they left our facilities, but once that puppy’s on your doorstep, it’s all your responsibility. So take care to ward off any dogs, roommates, or thieving neighbors who may want to steal your adorable new clothes.
how to request an exchange
If your product arrives and it does not match the preferences you selected when you ordered, then that’s totally our bad and we’re happy to exchange it. We’ll even reimburse you for the shipping costs! However, if you change your mind about a product and decide it’s not your color or if it’s not your size, then you can still exchange it, but you’ll be responsible for the return and reorder shipping.
If you receive your products and decide you no longer want the product at all, then you may request a refund using the form below. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
Please keep in mind that your return or exchange must be approved by us in order to be processed, i.e. the product must be in new, unused condition with no damages whatsoever.
